VISITING POLICY
NOVEMBER 19, 2020
As per our last visiting policy dated May 14, 2020, we re-opened our doors for families and friends who wanted to visit their loved ones in a scheduled, short time and a per-person or per-household visit.
As of yesterday, because of the spike of the virus, Department of Social Services and Community Care Licensing Division, have been instructed small homes like us to refrain from accepting visitors. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. We will institute the following Policy effective immediately.
Only Hospice RN, Case Manager and MDs are allowed to enter the facility with complete personal protective equipment (PPE).
We encourage and recommend families to communicate via FACETIME or video call with our home phone 949-418-3222. Limit time to 15 minutes per call to give way to other callers. Please schedule your phone visit with our staff or call/text DIANNA-949-258-2063 or DEL-949-370-5273.

NEW VISITING HOURS POLICY

Dear Del’s Haven Family,
Hope everyone of you are keeping safe and staying at home as much as possible.
Our Mother's Day visiting privilege was a success. Thank you everyone for your patience and cooperation.
Our primary goal at Del’s Haven is to provide safe and protected environment for everyone.
Starting next week, May 18, 2020, Del’s Haven will gradually reopening the door for family members who wants to visit to their love ones. A safety protocols are still implemented. Our new visiting hours will temporarily be from 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm until further notice. And on a per-person or per-household visit and limit time to 15-30 minutes only. No exception.
1. PPE are provided (masks and gloves) for the protection of everyone.
2. 6ft of space from others (social distancing) is strictly enforced.
3. No close contact.
4. Temperature will be check and recorded.
